What templates are included in my subscription?

You can peruse the full inventory of templates online: view management topics or view industries. The number of templates you can download each month is dependent on your subscription plan.

Can I modify the content and re-brand presentation?

Yes. You are free to modify and customize PPT Depot presentations to meet your needs. This even includes replacing the PPT Depot logo with that of your own firm.

How often are new templates added?

We strive to add new templates each week. If there is a template you can't find, as a subscriber, you can request a specific set of templates, as well as vote on existing requests. Our presentation specialists will prioritize new templates based on these community requests and votes.

Can I can cancel at any time?

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your PPT Depot subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Are monthly plans available?

We only offer annual plans.

What presentation formats are available?

All templates are only available in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPTX), compatible with PowerPoint 2010 and higher. All presentations are widescreen (16:9) format.

Are multi-user corporate plans available?

What slide production services do you offer?

Here are PowerPoint services we provide:

• Conversion of scanned notes into PowerPoint slides (see examples below)
• Development of PowerPoint master template
• Creation of data-driven PowerPoint charts from hand-drawn graphs
• Conversion of Excel charts to PowerPoint charts
• Conversion of other file formats (e.g. PDF, TIF, Word Doc) to PowerPoint slides
• Conversion of PowerPoint slides from one master template to another
• Visual enhancement of existing PowerPoint presentations to increase the professional look of the presentation

Our presentation specialists are all ex-McKinsey Visual Graphics (VGI). Work is charged on an hourly basis and we will provide a full quote of cost and delivery time before the project.

Executive Plan subscribers receive 2 hours of slide production work each month. If unused, hours cannot be accumulated month over month. Additional work is available at $35/hour.

Slide production services available to Unlimited Plan subscribers at $35/hour; and to Basic Plan subscribers at $40/hour.

Our design team is based in India and work work 10:30PM to 7:30AM EST (or 7:30PM to 4:30AM PST). Since most of our clients are located in the US and Europe, this means our designers are working while you sleep. You can send us project collateral and instructions during your day; and receive the completed slides back by the next morning.
